Je cr\u00e9\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances de sophrologie <strong>sur-mesure<\/strong>, selon votre v\u00e9cu, <strong>enti\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 vos besoins et \u00e0 vos capacit\u00e9s<\/strong>, et <strong>selon l\u2019objectif que nous avons d\u00e9fini ensemble <\/strong>au pr\u00e9alable.<\/p>\n<p><span>La sophrologie est une <strong>th\u00e9rapie br\u00e8ve<\/strong> qui demande un certain nombre de s\u00e9ances afin d\u2019atteindre un objectif <\/span>(p.ex. mieux g\u00e9rer le stress au travail, prendre du recul par rapport \u00e0 une situation difficile, am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil, \u00eatre en forme au quotidien, se sentir en confiance, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><span>Le nombre de s\u00e9ances varie d\u2019une personne \u00e0 une autre, il faut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>entre 6 et 12 s\u00e9ances pour observer des effets positifs sur le long terme<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Je propose des <strong>consultations en cabinet (\u00e0 Senlis), \u00e0 distance ou \u00e0 domicile<\/strong> (dans les environs proches du cabinet).<\/p>\n<p>Avez-vous des questions ou des doutes ?
